Hubs and I are home owners. Yay!
Today started our 10 day contingency period, which means that we have 10 days to "return" the house.
This also means that the house is under contract and NO ONE can look at it, make an offer, or even consider buying it. It is ours unless we change our mind by July 7th. And we can move in no later than July 22.
Since this is now an official move I can post a picture of the house.
