Derby Time

Last year Hubs and I were married on the day of the Kentucky Derby and gave horse shoes as favors in honor of the derby. It was such a lovely day!! For both a horse race and a wedding :)

This year the derby will take place on May 7th and I can not wait to watch the race and wish that I was there. One day, however, Hubs and I will be at the derby.

But until then a good Belle can dream. So I present to you, my dear readers, what I would wear if I was attending the derby. The royal wedding hasn't seen hats yet until they have seen a Kentucky Derby!



I love this simple look with a great pop of color and an amazing hat. Always about the hat.
